WEST HENRIETTA, NY, May 15, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Jesse M. Redlo has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Dr. Redlo has established a distinguished career in academia and business, marked by a commitment to educational excellence and community engagement. Currently serving as a program manager for the Executive MBA at Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) since 2023, he is dedicated to delivering content that students can readily apply to their lives and careers. His role involves incorporating service learning opportunities into the curriculum, collaborating with for-profit companies and assisting startups in Rochester, New York.

Prior to his current position, Dr. Redlo has held numerous roles in academia. Since 2021, he has been an adjunct professor at SUNY Brockport and previously served as an adjunct professor at Nazareth College from 2021 to 2023. His tenure at Rochester Institute of Technology began in 2018, where he continues to contribute as an adjunct professor. Earlier roles include positions at St. John Fisher College as both an adjunct professor and educational technologist for one year and Monroe Community College as an adjunct instructor for two years. His career also includes experience as an interim purchasing coordinator and instructor of hospitality management.

Dr. Redlo's academic journey is equally impressive. He earned his Doctor of Education in leadership with a concentration in instructional leadership from the American College of Education in 2020, graduating with honors. He also holds a Master of Science in hospitality and tourism management, earned in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in hospitality and service management, obtained in 2015, both from Rochester Institute of Technology where he graduated summa cum laude. Additionally, he completed an Associate of Science in liberal arts and sciences at Monroe Community College in 2013.

Furthering his professional expertise, Dr. Redlo has obtained numerous certifications, including the Social & Behavioral Research Basic Course from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative Program and the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association, among numerous others. His expertise extends across educational access, administration, leadership and marketing.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Redlo is actively involved in civic organizations. He has served as an editorial board member for the Journal of Business Leadership and Management since 2024 and has chaired the Youth Board for the Town of Henrietta since 2019, where he designs programs supporting underprivileged families. His dedication to community service is further evidenced by his role as a judge at Monroe Community College since 2017.

Throughout his career, Dr. Redlo's achievements have been recognized with awards, such as the SUNY Effective Practices Award for excellence in online instruction at Monroe Community College. He has also been involved in creating a Comprehensive Purchasing Management Review and a presentation on Adjunct Rights & Responsibilities, having previously led a study on Students' Perceived Barriers to Success in Online Learning.

Despite his many accolades, he values the daily impact he makes on students through his work more than any official milestone. Overall, he attributes his success to his supportive network of friends and mentors.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Redlo enjoys cooking and baking, passions that initially led him toward a culinary career before redirecting his focus to hospitality management under the guidance of a mentor. As he looks toward the future, he remains committed to fostering experiential learning and equipping students with critical thinking skills that translate into real-world applications.
