Prior to this position, he was the hemisphere planning and supply chain manager for the division from 2020 to 2022, where he honed his skills in logistics and supply chain management. From 2017 to 2020, he served as operations, resources and people planning manager, further solidifying his reputation for medium horizon tactical and longer term strategic planning and resource management.

Mr. Britto's tenure with Schlumberger began in 2000 as a field specialist. Over the years, he ascended through various roles, including field services manager from 2006 to 2007 and subject matter expert and global field test coordinator for software acquisition system from 2007 to 2009. As operations manager for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka from 2015 to 2017 and Jakarta Indonesia from 2012 to 2015, he adeptly navigated challenging industry downturns while maintaining business profitability, client confidence and employee engagement.

Mr. Britto's academic journey is equally impressive. He holds an executive Master of Business Administration in business analytics from NMIMS CDOE, India and a postgraduate diploma in logistics, materials and supply chain management from the University of Petroleum and Energy Sciences, Dehradun, India. He earned a master's degree in petroleum technology in 1998 and a bachelor's degree in chemistry in 1996 from Savitribai Phule Pune University. His education has shaped his career trajectory, providing him with the analytical skills necessary for success.He also added to his learning journey with completing an advanced diploma in cybersecurity and data protection laws from NALSAR, University of Law, Hyderabad, India in 2023.

Mr. Britto's commitment to continuous learning is evident through his certifications. He is an associate auditor with CQI and IRCA QMS auditor certifications from Bureau Veritas Group and a certified practitioner with CQI. His participation in the Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program at MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory further highlights his dedication to staying abreast of technological advancements.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Britto is actively involved in civic organizations such as Rang De, India's first platform for social investments—lending that fuels positive social impact while offering meaningful returns to social investors and St. Vincent de Paul Society, which is part of his alma mater. His accolades include winning several internal awards from the company (Knowledge in Action, performed by SLB Bronze, and D&M I20 VISION Competition) and recognition for successful field tests of Software Acquisition Systems technologies in 2008.
