Mr. Westhaus's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 1979. He furthered his expertise by completing the Navy's nuclear program in 1980 and becoming a registered professional engineer in California in 1987. Born in Harlingen, TX, Mr. Westhaus enjoys spending time outdoors through activities such as softball, golf, hiking and camping. He plans to continue working at Tetra Tech for a couple more years to achieve 30 years of service, aligning this milestone with his 30 years in the Navy. After retiring, he aims to focus on volunteering and supporting charitable organizations, embracing opportunities that make a meaningful difference in his community.
Mr. Westhaus's personal life is enriched by his involvement in church activities, including participation in a men's prayer group and coaching softball in church leagues.
