His role also involves participating in country projects for software development and software verification including Applications HMI development. Prior to joining KPIT Technologies, Mr. Priporov was the digital cockpit director at Luxoft from 2021 to 2023, during which he further honed his technical skills in the automotive industry. From 2020 to 2021, he served as the director of IVI and was a member of the tech group at eSync Alliance, contributing significantly to advancements in in-vehicle infotainment systems. His tenure at Alps Alpine Co. Ltd from 2018 to 2021 as the director of IVI further showcased his leadership capabilities in managing complex projects.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Priporov honed his leadership skills in senior management positions at Alpine Electronics of America Inc., Altia Central and Harman International between 2015 and 2020, playing pivotal roles in automotive delivery, safety monitoring and development process improvements. His extensive experience also includes senior director and director roles over a 15-year tenure at Symphony Teleca, where he led software engineering initiatives and testing for consumer electronic devices. Additionally, he held a position in software development management at Motorola Inc. from 1999 to 2009 and was the senior director of software engineering at Telma Soft Ltd. (Teleca Russia) from 1991 to 2007.

Academically, Mr. Priporov earned a master's degree in computer science from Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University (NNSTU) in 1982. Underscoring his commitment to professional excellence, he was certified as a ScrumMaster® by Scrum Alliance in 2020 and obtained the level 5 capability maturity model (CMM) designation from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2005.

In addition to his vocational accomplishments, Mr. Priporov is an active member of industry-related organizations such as the American Society for Quality and coesa.org, reflecting his dedication to maintaining high standards within the field. Along with his educational endeavors, he attributes much of his success to gaining experience, developing applicable solutions and correctly analyzing dynamic situations.

Outside of his career, Mr. Priporov enjoys a variety of recreational activities including painting, skiing, kayaking, camping and playing chess which is family hobby.
