Prior to his current role, Mr. Botros served as the chief financial officer at Incorta from 2019 and 2021. During his tenure at this data analytics firm, he played a pivotal role in aligning strategic growth with organizational behavior. He structured compensation and growth strategies to support main objectives while securing alignment from the board. Before applying his skill set at Incorta, he was the chief financial officer at DroneDeploy from 2017 to 2018, where he oversaw sales operations, legal affairs and human resources for the drone analytics company. From 2016 until 2017, Mr. Botros held his first chief financial officer role at Paxata, a data analytics company later acquired by DataRobot.

Mr. Botros' leadership was instrumental in raising over $500 million from venture capital, private equity and venture debt firms while acquiring multiple private companies. Between 2013 and 2016, he advanced rapidly at Demandbase, starting as the director of financial planning and analysis before being promoted to vice president of finance and head of finance within six months.

Laying the groundwork for Mr. Botros's career was his educational background. In 2002, he earned a Bachelor of Science in biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, followed by a Master of Business Administration from San José State University in 2004. He attributes his success to the culture instilled by his immigrant parents who worked hard to provide him with opportunities. This foundation has driven him to pass on similar values of hard work and motivation to his own family.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Botros is civically involved with the Coptic Orthodox Church and founded the American Coptic Orthodox Foundation (ACOF), a nonprofit aimed at strengthening the Coptic Orthodox community in the United States.
