He also served as director of Americas sales at Koh Young America from 2014 to 2021, where he demonstrated his proficiency in electronics and international business development.

Mr. Arango's career began with roles such as national sales manager at Panasonic Factory Solutions from 2008 to 2014 and regional sales manager at Universal Instruments Corporation from 2000 to 2008. His early career included a long tenure as a sales manager at Gerber Technology, Lectra from 1985 to 1999, where he earned multiple Salesman of the Year awards. Additionally, he is an officer with the Space Coast Chapter of the Surface Mount Technology Association and was a member of the Puerto Rico National Golf Team.

Mr. Arango's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, which he obtained in 2006.
