Her efforts have significantly contributed to the school's high ranking among educational institutions in the United States, with students consistently performing above national averages. Dr. Ileiwat's leadership in curriculum development and assessment processes has been pivotal in maintaining the academy's reputation for excellence.

Before her current position, Dr. Ileiwat held other key roles at the Universal Academy of Florida. She served as the assistant principal of the middle school, where she honed her skills in educational leadership and administration. Prior to that, she was the assistant principal for grades three to five, and earlier still, she was the assistant principal for all elementary schools. These roles allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the educational needs across different age groups and to implement effective strategies for student success.

Dr. Ileiwat's teaching career also includes time at Hillsborough Community College and Concorde Career Institute, where she spent three years imparting knowledge to students. Her passion for teaching was also evident during her time as a high school instructor, focusing on English, literature, and writing. This experience laid a strong foundation for her subsequent administrative roles and her ability to influence educational programs positively.

In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Ileiwat is an active member of industry-related organizations such as 200 Muslim Women Who Care, and she serves on the advisory board of Study.com. Her expertise in organizing school assessment data, data analysis, and leading accreditation projects is widely recognized and respected within these circles.

Dr. Ileiwat's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Mississippi in 1990, followed by a Master of Arts in secondary education from the same institution in 1995. She later earned a Doctor of Education in curriculum instruction, and assessment from Walden University in 2023.

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Ileiwat is dedicated to civic engagement through her volunteer work with Redefiners World Languages Tutoring Center for Bilingual Students. This involvement reflects her commitment to supporting diverse communities and enhancing educational opportunities for all students.

On a personal note, Dr. Ileiwat was born in Amman and is a proud mother of four adult children. She enjoys gardening, particularly cultivating a rose garden, fruit trees, flowers, and preparing an herb garden. Looking ahead, she is excited to establish her own education consulting company, 4life Consulting LLC, with plans to launch it gradually while continuing her contract with the school. Her dedication to education and community service continues to inspire those around her and encourage them to succeed.
