In 2020, she served as an associate account director and remained in that role until her 2022 promotion to account director. She concluded her tenure with the company as a global account director from 2023 to 2024, overseeing a global Fortune 500 client. Acceleration Partners recognized Mrs. Jimmerson with their Stepping It Up Award for her professional excellence in 2020.

Mrs. Jimmerson's early professional experience included positions such as associate affiliate at Pepperjam from 2016 to 2017, assistant manager at Enterprise Holdings from 2014 to 2016 and marketing assistant at Joyce Insurance Group from 2013 to 2014. She began her career with a marketing internship at Borton-Lawson in 2012.

Mrs. Jimmerson's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of Connecticut. While pursuing her studies, she experienced a pivotal moment that shaped her identity and marked a notable achievement. She joined the University of Connecticut's Division 1 Field Hockey team, a dream opportunity for any athlete. However, after her freshman year, she made the difficult decision to walk away from the sport to focus on her education. She dedicated herself to her studies, consistently making the dean's list while balancing her health, social life and academic pursuits. Through this experience, she developed a strong personal identity and learned to hold herself accountable without giving in to external pressures. She takes pride in her journey and recognizes how that moment laid the foundation for her roles as a mother, wife and professional.

Mrs. Jimmerson attributes her drive and accomplishments to her involvement in team sports and the values enforced in her upbringing. Her desire to meet high expectations and make those around her proud motivated her to excel academically and professionally.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Mrs. Jimmerson is actively involved in civic organizations and supports Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, various GoFundMe initiatives and the Kidney Cancer Association. In her personal life, Mrs.Jimmerson enjoys snowboarding, cooking, running and cycling. Looking ahead, she aims to focus on growing the performance CTV space, coaching, and elevating her team's understanding of the industry at tvScientific, where she appreciates the opportunity to manage others, which she finds rewarding. She currently has four direct reports with a plan to almost double her team by the end of quarter two.
