His journey in this field began with an internship at CBRE in 2014, where he gained valuable insights into the industry by shadowing brokers. This experience laid the foundation for his career, leading him to join Cushman & Wakefield as an associate in 2016. Over the years, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in commercial industrial brokerage, understanding market dynamics and relationship management, all of which have been instrumental in his rise through the industry.

In 2020, Mr. Cree was promoted to senior associate at Cushman & Wakefield, a role he held for one year before advancing to director in 2021. His dedication and skill were further recognized when he became a senior director the following year before being appointed to managing director, a position he held until 2024. In 2025, he achieved a significant milestone by becoming the youngest executive director in the Pacific Northwest at the firm. In this current role, he assists industrial tenants with purchasing buildings, leasing warehouse space and managing renewals or relocations.

Mr. Cree's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Washington, where he also played Division 1 football for the Washington Huskies on a full athletic scholarship. Further complementing his formal education, he holds a Washington Real Estate Brokerage License.

Throughout his career, Mr. Cree has been recognized with numerous awards for his outstanding performance. He received the Top Producer Achievement Award from Cushman & Wakefield from 2020-2025, and the Americas Achievement Award from 2021-2024. He was also honored with the Power Broker Award by CoStar and previously received the Next Generation Award from Connect CRE Media.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Cree is actively involved in civic-minded organizations. He has participated in feeding the homeless and engaged with children at Seattle's Children's Hospital. Additionally, he has contributed to toy drives and supported the Salvation Army as a donor.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Cree attributes much of his success to his father David who encouraged him to pursue real estate; he instilled a tireless work ethic and dedication, which Mr. Cree has emulated into his own career. Mr. Cree also attributes his achievements to his loving wife Jenin, whose unwavering support allows Mr. Cree to follow his passion and excel within the industry.

In his personal life, Mr. Cree enjoys spending time with his wife, son and their family dog. His leisurely time is filled with reading, fitness and enjoying live music. In the upcoming years, Mr. Cree hopes to grow his team at Cushman & Wakefield by building a group of brokers focused on targeting larger portfolio clients and expanding the business further.
