Ms. Lieberman's journey in the music industry began in 1997 with administrative roles at Universal Music, from which she rose to manager of sales and marketplace research at Island Def Jam Music Group from 1999 to 2001 when she transitioned to J Records. Ms. Lieberman's extensive experience across these roles laid the foundation for her subsequent leadership positions.

In preparation for her future, Ms. Lieberman received a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a focus on language, writing and rhetoric from the University of Maryland at College Park. Her education has provided her with strong communication skills that have been invaluable throughout her career. Ms. Lieberman has also been YouTube certified since 2014 and has participated in programs such as the Fast Forward Leadership Program and Women's Leadership Initiative, as well as TikTok Academy, further enhancing her capabilities.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Lieberman has been an active member of The Recording Academy since 2021. Beyond her professional life, she is deeply committed to civic engagement. She has volunteered with animal rescue since 2014 and is involved with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. Ms. Lieberman's passion for animal welfare is also evident in her aspirations to transition into animal rescue after retirement, where she envisions creating a community-focused operation that integrates various animal services.
