Ms. Guedez also held management roles before ultimately serving as the global pensions finance director, overseeing financial strategies for the company's pension plans between 2017 and 2019.

Ms. Guedez's academic background is robust, with a bachelor's degree in biology and a master's degree in sustainability from Universidad Simón Bolívar and a Master of Business Administration in finance, with honors, from Hult International Business School. While working toward her advanced degree, she received the Growth Mindset Award. Ms. Guedez's education has been complemented by several professional credentials, including certification in financial planning and analysis from the University of California, Berkeley, and in financial markets from Yale University.
