Mr. Nadasi also garnered experience as a shipbroker at Universal Transport Corporation in New York City between 1979 and 1983, where he developed a keen understanding of the intricacies of maritime commerce.

Mr. Nadasi's academic journey began at Queens College, City University of New York, where he pursued coursework from 1979 to 1981 before earning a Bachelor of Science in business management from the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University in 1983.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Nadasi is actively involved in several industry-related organizations, including the American Fats and Oils Association, the National Institute of Oilseed Products, the Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations International, and the North American Renderers Association.
