During his tenure at Siemens, he was instrumental in addressing inventory discrepancies through data analysis and Six Sigma tools, significantly reducing excess inventory and gaining recognition as a Siemens top talent worldwide. His innovative approach to forklift safety devices also garnered regional recognition for enhancing safety and reducing costs.

In 2013, Mr. Khurshid joined Neovia Logistics (formerly Caterpillar Logistics), where he initially worked as an inventory management client analyst before advancing to senior inventory optimization analyst III. Over nearly ten years, he was pivotal in transitioning major clients to the SAP Service Parts Planning (SPP) platform and improving fill rates and achieving inventory reduction targets. He trained operational and managerial staff globally on SAP SPP in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Japan and the Netherlands. Neovia Logistics acknowledged his contributions with a 10-year accomplishment award.

Mr. Khurshid's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in supply chain management and market logistics with a GPA of 3.895 from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. These educational achievements have been fundamental to his success, providing him with the knowledge and skills necessary for his roles in the supply chain sector.
