CENTERVILLE, MA, May 22, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Thomas F. Gledhill, MBA, MSCE, BSEE, CBI, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. Mr. Gledhill has over five decades of experience in the small business arena, first as a business owner, then as a business broker and finally as a business coach. In 2017, he became a senior partner at XITpro LLC, where he leverages his expertise to help struggling companies not only survive but thrive. Mr. Gledhill notes that many businesses are shutting down because their owners are ready to retire but unable to sell their companies in an oversaturated market. His mission is to use artificial intelligence to transform, scale and grow these companies. With an aim toward employee ownership, he also engages in succession planning by training key employees to manage the business in hopes that one of them will take over and ultimately buy the company.

Before joining XITpro, Mr. Gledhill was a partner at Delta Capital Group LLC from 1999 to 2007. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident early in his career when he founded National Medical Systems Inc. in 1975, serving as its president until selling the company in 1996. He is very proud of establishing this venture without support or funding and growing it into an eight-figure firm with 80 employees and offices across the Northeast. He achieved another notable accomplishment while working for a management consulting company in the health sector. In this capacity, he developed a financial planning model for Health Maintenance Organizations, more familiarly known as HMOs, that became the industry standard and was adopted by the government.

Mr. Gledhill's three years of military service in the U.S. Army further honed his leadership skills. During this tenure, he taught several groups of NATO troops, including French, Greek and British soldiers, primarily on the maintenance of missile and anti-missile systems, earning him commendations for his service.

Mr. Gledhill's academic background laid a strong foundation for his professional achievements. He earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing and finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management in 1974, following a Master of Science in chemical engineering and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Maine in 1966. Additionally, he has solidified his reputation as an expert in his field as a certified business intermediary with the International Business Brokers Association and a member of the IEEE. His most recent scholarly endeavor was to obtain a certificate in AI consulting.

Outside his primary career duties, Mr. Gledhill is an accomplished author. He has published several works, including "XITpro System" in 2018, "Position Your Company for a Premium Exit" in 2014 and "The Big Transfer" in 2012, all through Murphy Business Press. Furthermore, he contributes to community work as a mentor with Entrepreneurship for All and a driver for Meals on Wheels Rotary.

In his personal life, Mr. Gledhill is most proud of his family, considering his legacy to be his children, their education and their character. His future aspirations include expanding his current program globally to support employee ownership in small businesses. By developing templates for business coaches and utilizing artificial intelligence, he aims to transform companies and empower employees through profit-sharing initiatives. He also plans to continue his community support by providing scholarships and meals for those in need.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Gledhill attributes much of his success to the resilience and determination instilled by his mother, who managed a hotel after the passing of his father when he was young. Her example inspired him to persevere through challenges and pursue innovative ideas outside traditional corporate structures. This mindset has been crucial throughout his career, allowing him to achieve significant milestones while maintaining a focus on helping others succeed.
