In his role, Mr. Eismont oversees all regulated pipelines, ensuring compliance with DOT PHMSA regulations for hazardous materials. Specializing in gas and liquid pipelines, he manages updates to operations and maintenance manuals, startup and modification procedures and population density considerations. He also utilizes GIS software for pipeline surveys and recently completed a project surveying regulated valves requiring biannual inspections. After a merger in Weld County, Colorado, he played a key role in resolving compliance issues identified in an audit, working with his supervisor and a consultant statewide.

Concurrently, Mr. Eismont holds the position of senior MAOP pipeline analyst with a general contractor for TIMS|Atmos Energy, also beginning in 2024. Prior to these positions, he was a senior pipeline integrity specialist at DCP Midstream from 2021 to 2023.

For the preceding 10 years, Mr. Eismont served as a GIS pipeline compliance and integrity analyst at DCP Midstream. During this decade-long tenure, he honed his skills in ensuring compliance and enhancing the integrity of pipeline operations. Before joining this firm, he worked as a transmission GIS OneCall specialist at SourceGas from 2007 to 2011, where he was responsible for managing geographic information systems related to pipeline operations. He began his career as a CAD mapping tech at Kinder Morgan from 2000 to 2007.

Overall, he attributes his success to discipline, dedication and gratitude — values that have guided him through challenges and propelled him toward achieving his goals. By maintaining focus and working diligently, he has overcome early insecurities about lacking formal education and has embraced opportunities for growth by learning from mentors and colleagues.
