He later held leadership and distributor roles with Globus Medical, K2M, and Alphatec Spine, ultimately combining that experience to co-found and scale Level1 Spine.

A driving force behind Mr. O'Leary's career choice was a deeply personal connection to the field: his grandfather, who suffered a spinal cord injury and underwent several surgeries during his lifetime. Sean spent many formative years by his side in hospitals and at home, forging a bond that continues to inspire his commitment to improving patient outcomes through innovation in spine surgery.

He is also a proud recipient of the Evans Scholarship, a full tuition and housing scholarship awarded to golf caddies based on academic excellence, strong character, and financial need. Introduced to the opportunity at a young age by his uncle, Mr. O'Leary credits the Evans Scholars Foundation with shaping the direction of his life and career — and he plans to give back through future leadership and philanthropic support.

Outside of work, Mr. O'Leary is a devoted family man who values time with his wife, Becca, and their two children, Hannah and Ryan. High school sweethearts, Sean and Becca have built their life together on shared values of loyalty, hard work, and faith. A first-generation Irish-American, he draws great pride from his heritage — his father immigrated to the United States from Ireland in his twenties, where he met Mr. O'Leary's mother and built a life grounded in resilience and determination.
