Mr. Davis launched his career in 2000 at ZF Friedrichshafen, where he built a strong technical foundation through roles as a monotube development engineer, conventional damping design engineer, and senior applications engineer. In 2007, he joined Gabriel Ride Control, where he worked on the Meritor line as a senior product engineer and later led research and development efforts as engineering manager. By 2011, he was appointed director of engineering, followed by a promotion to senior director of engineering and warranty in 2020.

A proud alumnus of Lawrence Technological University, Mr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 2001. He accepted a full-time engineering role at the company where he completed his internship, quickly moving from hands-on engineering to development and applications work. Amid the 2008 automotive industry downturn, he demonstrated adaptability and business foresight by shifting his focus to acquisition-related opportunities, further broadening his expertise.

Mr. Davis credits his enduring success to a relentless drive and a commitment to continuous improvement. His ability to lead through complexity and deliver results has earned him a reputation as a trusted and strategic executive.
