Having garnered tremendous success throughout his career as a widely respected professional in his area of expertise, Mr. Peerschke joined McKinsey & Company in 1990 following his tenure with Wasserstein Perella & Co. For over a decade, he served as a senior principal in the health care practice, where he was pivotal in various high-profile projects, including the privatization of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales, Argentina's national oil company, in 1993. This achievement marked a significant milestone in Mr. Peerschke's career and showcased his ability to navigate complex organizational transformations.

Mr. Peerschke transitioned to Bain & Company in 2003, where he served as the managing director of the health care practice until 2014. His leadership and strategic insights as a senior partner contributed to the firm's growth and success in the health care sector, responsible for managing the health care practice and leading numerous strategy, organizational and operational improvements for biopharma clients and 100-day plans and integration projects for leading PE firms.

Recruited by IQVIA in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, Mr. Peerschke became the senior vice president of customer relations between 2014 and 2017. Subsequently, he joined Sobi as the chief transformational officer from 2019 to 2021, leading a comprehensive transformation at one of the top 10 biopharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Peerschke's academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in economics, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University in 1977 and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from New York University in 1981.
