His innovative approach and dedication to quality materials such as silk, polyester, cotton, nylon and microfiber nylon contributed to his success.

A pivotal figure in industry-related organizations, Dr. Sia founded the Hong Kong Intimate Apparel Industries' Association in 2004 and continues to serve as its honorary chairman. This role highlights his influence and commitment to advancing the industry globally.

Dr. Sia's academic achievements include honorary doctorates in business administration from De Montfort University in Leicester, England and Hong Kong Baptist University. These accolades reflect his expertise and contributions to the field. He attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his wife, Mimi, who was crucial in managing operations during their time in the United States.

Outside his professional life, Dr. Sia enjoys collecting art, fountain pens and cars. He is also a devoted family man with two daughters. Looking ahead, Dr. Sia aspires to write about his experiences and share his extensive knowledge with others, aiming to pass it on in an informative manner.
