Prior to her current role, Dr. Butler-Woosley served as an associate chaplain with Health First Group beginning in 2024. Before joining Health First Group, she was a minister specializing in counseling psychology at Soulful Wisdom Inc. from 2020 to 2024. During this period, she also embraced entrepreneurship by founding Soulful Wisdom Inc. in Kentucky from 2021 to 2022.

Dr. Butler-Woosley's professional journey is further enriched by her extensive military service. She served in the U.S. Army for 30 years, where she held various leadership roles, including assistant inspector general at the Army Recruiting Command in Fort Knox, Kentucky, from 2013 to 2015. Her tenure as district manager in Memphis, Tennessee, from 2011 to 2013 and regional manager in Atlanta, Georgia, from 2009 to 2011 showcased her ability to lead and mentor others. From 2006 until 2008, she worked as a district manager in Omaha, Nebraska. She was also featured in the Recruiter Journal of the U.S. Army Recruiting Command in 2008 and Today's Omaha Woman magazine in 2007.

Academically accomplished, Dr. Butler-Woosley earned a PhD in pastoral counseling psychology from the University of Sedona in 2022 and a doctorate specializing in pastoral counseling psychology from the University of Metaphysics of Sedona the same year. Her educational background includes a metaphysics practitioner certification from the University of Sedona and a master's degree in metaphysical science from the University of Metaphysics in 2021. She also holds a bachelor's degree in metaphysical science from the University of Metaphysics obtained in 2020, a master's degree in crisis emergency disaster management from Trident University International, where she graduated cum laude in 2013, and a BSHA in Health Administration Trident at AIU Cypress, CA.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Butler-Woosley has been actively involved with several civic organizations, including the Order of the Eastern Star and Southern Heritage Classic Memphis as a marketing manager since 2011. She is also a dedicated volunteer with organizations such as the Red Cross, Wounded Warriors, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and local community high schools. Her commitment extends to mentoring young police officers and donating laptops for children's education.
