He leads the collision team, overseeing field and centralized operations related to body shop repairs. Additionally, he manages the customer support center, addressing owner inquiries and enhancing customer experience through strategic collaboration with his team.

Since 2020, Mr. Landolfi has been pivotal in developing strategies that ensure a seamless customer experience. He collaborates with different engineering teams to explore technological advancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. His responsibilities also include handling high-level escalations from customers. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2020, he served as director of service and technical operations at Tesla, where he was involved in high-level strategy making and tactical decisions related to scaling up service operations.

Before his tenure at Tesla, Mr. Landolfi held significant roles at Morpho Detection LLC, now Smiths Detection Group Ltd. From 2011 to 2016, he was the senior director of engineering, where he played a crucial role in launching the CTX 9800, a highly successful explosive detection system used widely across U.S. airports and globally. His earlier roles at Morpho Detection included research manager and program manager from 2005 to 2011. He began his career as a machine vision manager at InVision Technologies in 1997.

Mr. Landolfi's academic background includes a master's degree in physics from Sapienza Università di Roma, completed in 1995. His education focused on experimental cosmology and gave him a strong foundation for his career achievements. His ability to connect and integrate various business areas effectively has been a key factor in his success. Known for his honesty and transparency, Mr. Landolfi fosters trust among his team members, encouraging open communication and collaboration. In 2006, General Electric Company honored him with the Edison Award for Innovation for his contributions to innovation within GE Security. He holds six US patents in the field of the detection of explosives.

Outside his career, Mr. Landolfi enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing soccer, hiking in nature, reading fantasy and science fiction and collecting stamps. Born in Naples, he is a devoted parent to three children.
