Mr. Gostinger's journey into educational management began after a successful tenure in banking. Starting as a banking center manager at Citizens First Bank in 2003, he quickly ascended through various management roles, gaining invaluable experience that would later inform his work in education. In 2009, he transitioned to Landmark Academy as a business administrator, leveraging his financial acumen and management skills. Two years later, Mr. Gostinger was promoted to chief executive officer of Landmark Academy, a role he continues to hold today.

In addition to his work with these organizations, Mr. Gostinger formed several other ventures previously, including Nextlvl AZ LLC and the Online School of Arizona from 2020 to 2024, as well as High School Options LLC and Success Blended Learning Center from 2018 to 2020.

Mr. Gostinger's academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bethel College and coursework toward a master's degree in educational leadership at Central Michigan University. His education laid the foundation for his expertise in academic management, particularly within charter schools, public schools and community schools. His certifications from Dale Carnegie Training further honed his skills in business management and effective communication. Mr. Gostinger also holds credentials through CrossFit LLC as part of his fitness commitments.

A member of the Michigan Association of Public School Academies, Mr. Gostinger is dedicated to advancing educational opportunities for students across various communities. His civic involvement includes participation in his local chamber of commerce and serving on several community boards.
