Additionally, she serves as a mentor co-chair within her agency. Her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic was instrumental in fostering team unity and preventing isolation among remote workers. In addition to her role at the Department of Transitional Assistance, Ms. Correia Assunção is a certified mindset and empowerment coach-mentor with Flow Easy Coaching and Mentorship.
