Dr. Negru's professional career began after he graduated from Loma Linda University in 1996 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). He then established Ultimate Smile, his dental practice where he has successfully served patients for nearly 30 years. His dedication to patient care is evident in his commitment to addressing their dental needs and the satisfaction he derives from seeing happy patients who refer others to his practice. A testament to his effective care is his very first patient, who remains a patron of his practice more than 20 years after receiving an initial treatment.

Dr. Negru's expertise in general and custom implant dentistry is complemented by his membership in prestigious organizations such as the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, the Pankey Institute and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He has also been recognized as a fellow of the American Academy of General Dentistry.

Before embarking on his dental journey, Dr. Negru worked in cytogenetics at the Genetics Center from 1989 to 1996. These early years laid a strong foundation for his scientific approach to dentistry and his appreciation for precision and detail. In addition to earning a DDS, he augmented his education with a bachelor's degree in biology from California State University, Fullerton and advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, full mouth reconstruction and implantology.

Dr. Negru attributes much of his success to his faith and the strong values instilled by his family. His parents' journey from Romania to the United States — undertaken to provide a better life for their children — has been a source of inspiration for him. The entrepreneurial spirit inherited from his father has driven him to pursue business ownership alongside his dental career. His sister's interest in the medical field also influenced his decision to enter dentistry, allowing him to combine his passion for creativity with his desire to help others.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Negru is actively involved in civic engagements. He has been a volunteer with Northwest Medical Teams for over a decade and has given his time to Medical Teams International. His commitment to community service is further reflected in his volunteer work at his church as well as his aspiration to establish a nonprofit organization that provides dental care to those in need.

In his personal life, Dr. Negru enjoys playing the piano, hiking and engaging in real estate developments.
