She also holds multiple credentials, including certifications in project management, Scrum, strategic leadership, yoga, and psychology.

Today, Karishma leads a thriving holistic career coaching practice that has helped over 250 professionals land leadership roles aligned with their values, collectively generating over $38 million in salary growth.
