Prior to her current position, Ms. Crowe was the Assistant Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Cook Children's Health Care System from 2023 to 2025. Her tenure there followed a significant period at Tenet Healthcare, where she served as Senior Director of cybersecurity from 2019 to 2023. During her time at Tenet Healthcare, she managed cybersecurity responsibilities for over 1,000 hospitals during the COVID pandemic, showcasing her ability to handle immense workloads effectively.

Ms. Crowe's journey in cybersecurity began with her military service as a network security information systems technician in the United States Navy from 2002 to 2007. Her military experience laid the foundation for her career, where she played a pivotal role in creating the first qualification guide for the Navy's cybersecurity team. This achievement led to her transition into civilian roles, starting with ManTech as a technical project manager in 2007. She later advanced to senior technical program manager and project manager at SPAWAR, now NAVWAR, where she oversaw Navy programs and developed standardization processes. Moreover, she served as a cybersecurity manager at Leidos between 2013 and 2019.

Ms. Crowe's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity from Western Governors University and an associate degree in computer network systems from the ITT Technical Institute, which she earned in 2011. These educational achievements have been complemented by numerous certifications, including PenTest+ by CompTIA, Certified Digital Health Executive by Chime, and Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) by ISC2, among others. She has also been certified as a project management professional via the Project Management Institute.

Ms. Crowe's commitment to professional growth is demonstrated by her involvement in several industry-related organizations, including Aphinia, the Dallas chapter of CISO XC, and Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS). Additionally, she has served as vice chair and a member of the board of directors for MENtality Matters since 2025, reflecting her dedication to civic engagement and leadership.

Throughout her career, Ms. Crowe has received several accolades recognizing her contributions to cybersecurity. Notably, she was honored with the Tenet Heroes Award by Tenet Healthcare in 2022 and was named among the Top 100 Information Security Professionals by the OnCon Icon Awards that same year. Previously, she was named among the Top 50 Information Security Professionals by the OnCon Icon Awards in 2021. Her recognition as a finalist for the Cybersecurity Award by the San Diego Business Journal in 2014 underscores her longstanding impact on the industry.

Looking ahead, Ms. Crowe plans to focus on business development within the health care sector, establishing strategic relationships with health care companies and creating a roadmap for organizational growth. She also aims to collaborate with executives in the cybersecurity industry to enhance their systems, continuing her legacy of innovation and excellence.
