She later became the grant administrator at the Office of Prosecution Services in Montgomery from 2008 to 2011. Her extensive experience across various roles has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of legal processes and labor relations.

Ms. Yarbrough's academic background includes a Juris Doctor from the Birmingham School of Law in 2015, a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Alabama in 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2003.
