From 2016 to 2019, he was vice president at Cocorilla in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Mr. Conway's earlier career included positions at SpenDifference in the Greater Denver Area, where he worked as a marketing manager and brand curator and in business development. Additionally, he completed a communications internship at SpenDifference during the same period and served as a logistics and brand manager at Strategic Experimental Group. Mr. Conway's career began with a business development internship at the American Society of Bariatric Physicians in 2013.

Mr. Conway's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in communication and media studies and Spanish, with a minor in business, from Colorado State University, which he completed in 2012. Additionally, he pursued certifications in business administration and management from CU Denver Business School in 2014 and a certification as a TEFL instructor from the Jungmanova Learning Institute in Prague in 2011.
