Before her current position, Ms. Antolinos was part of EY PAS at EY in London from 2016 to 2017. Her expertise in people advisory services was instrumental in helping organizations navigate change and improve performance. Prior to this, she served as the delivery director for transformation at Openreach Limited in London from 2013 to 2014, where she led significant transformation initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency.

Ms. Antolinos's career at EY began in 2006 as a senior consultant in advisory services. She progressed through various roles, including manager and senior manager positions, until 2013. Her work focused on customer advisory services, where she developed strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Earlier in her career, she worked as a sales and marketing coordinator at FLEXcon from 2002 to 2003.

Ms. Antolinos's academic background is robust, and she obtained an MA in psychotherapy and counseling from Regent's University London in 2016. This degree has equipped her with valuable skills in understanding human behavior and communication, which are essential in her consulting roles. She also holds an MBA in strategy and finance from Birmingham Business School, completed in 2004, which provided her with a strong foundation in business management. Additionally, Ms. Antolinos holds a master's degree with honors and a bachelor's degree in economics from Université Paris Nanterre. She completed her secondary education at the Lycée International de Saint-Germain-en-Laye, where she earned the bilingual French-English International Baccalaureate in 1997.
