During her time there, she observed her boss's work closely, shadowing and learning from him, which sparked her interest in pursuing a career in real estate. After nearly a year, Ms. Andrews decided to make it her professional path, and the company offered her a full-time position, even supporting her education by funding her studies at the Colorado Real Estate School where she obtained her broker's license in Colorado.

Along with her broker's license, Ms. Andrews has held an Arizona real estate license since 2014 and a Colorado real estate license since 2007. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is deeply committed to her community and church activities. Along with being a member of We Serve, Ms. Andrews has been actively involved with programs like Family Promise through her church, where she assists families by providing temporary living spaces and meals. Her dedication extends to being a prayer minister conducting home and hospital visits, and her civic engagement also includes participation in the Barrio Nuevo Community Enhancement Program.

Ms. Andrews' life is further enriched by her role as a dedicated baseball mom, supporting her son's varsity team, and she enjoys activities such as Jeep trail riding and hiking.
