Based in South Carolina, he manages corporate quality processes across multiple locations, including Missouri, Tennessee, Puerto Rico, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. Prior to his current position, Mr. Faraj served as director of corporate quality at Propper International from 2019 to 2022. During this period, he honed his skills in quality management and played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's reputation for excellence. Before joining Propper International, he was the director of quality assurance at Next Level Apparel from 2017 to 2018, where he further developed his expertise in global quality standards.

From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Faraj served as the director of global quality at American Apparel. His tenure was marked by significant contributions to the company's quality assurance processes in this vertically integrated manufacturing company.

Earlier in his career, he was the corporate director of quality assurance at Gildan from 2002 to 2012. During this time, he led the team that designed and implemented the Gildan Quality System (GQS), a standardized framework that remains integral to the company's operations today.

Mr. Faraj's career began as a quality coordinator at AAA Honduras Apparel from 1990 to 1992, then he continued his career in different local companies until his international career breakout as a regional quality manager at Colby International from 1998 to 2000. These early experiences laid the foundation for his future successes and gave him invaluable insights into the textile industry.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Faraj is actively involved in several industry-related organizations. He is a founder of the Lions Club in Honduras (Lions Club Leo 80's) and a member of both the Knights of Columbus (a Christian organization) and the American Society for Quality. Additionally, as a senior member of the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists, he continues to contribute to advancements in textile science.

Mr. Faraj's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in total quality management from Bircham International University in 2019 and a diploma in executive leadership from Cornell University in 2010. He also holds an expert designation in executive business management from Bircham International University, which he received in 2009, and a diploma from INCAE Business School, which he completed in 2004. His foundational education began with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras. Additionally, he earned a certificate in textile fundamentals from North Carolina State University in 2003.

Beyond his corporate endeavors, Mr. Faraj is an accomplished author, having written the book "Leadership in the Light of Jesus" (in both English and Spanish), and is an active public speaker on quality management and Christian leadership topics. His passion for writing about Christian leadership reflects his personal interests and values.

He has also produced the movie "Fighting the Sky," available on Amazon Prime, alongside other family members to support his son, a film director.

Looking ahead, Mr. Faraj plans to diversify his professional pursuits while continuing his corporate career. He recently launched a real estate company to support his daughter, a licensed realtor. This new venture allows him to broaden his expertise beyond his primary occupation.

Mr. Faraj is married to his wife Johana; his children are Conrad, Johana Alejandra, Jinette, and Judith.
