Mr. McGrath has built a distinguished career over three decades, marked by his expertise in restaurant guest experience and his dedication to advancing the careers of those around him. Since 2025, he has been serving as an advisory board member at the University of Oklahoma College of Professional and Continuing Studies, where he continues to influence the industry with his strategic insights and leadership.

Prior to his current role, Mr. McGrath was the director of operations at Thrive Restaurant Group from 2022 to 2025. During this time, he demonstrated a remarkable ability to promote individuals from within the organization, promoting nearly twice as many individuals as he hired. His tenure at Thrive was preceded by a significant period as director of operations for Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Cojeaux Cinemas in Washington, D.C., where he served from 2013 to 2022.

For the preceding four years, Mr. McGrath held the position of director of operations of food and beverage at Entertainment Cruises Inc., also in Washington, D.C. Before this, he was the director of airport operations at OTG Management from 2006 to 2009, where he successfully navigated the unique challenges of airport dining services.

Mr. McGrath's career began with roles as general manager at several esteemed establishments from 1995 to 2006, including Red Robin, DuClaw Brewing Co., Planet Hollywood International, Brinker International and Remington Grill. His early achievements include being named Manager of the Year at Remington Grill in 1996, highlighting his leadership potential early on.

Academically, Mr. McGrath earned a Bachelor of Science in human nutrition and foods from West Virginia University in 1995. Additionally, he holds a certification in NRA Serv-Safe from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, obtained in 2024.

Throughout his career, Mr. McGrath has been guided by inspirational leaders who have imparted invaluable lessons on achieving financial success and effective people management. These influences have shaped his approach to leadership and have been integral to his accomplishments, including being honored as a professional in "Who's Who in Executives & Professionals" by the National Registry in 2022.

In recognition of his contributions and achievements, Mr. McGrath also received the President's Club award from Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in 2003. Looking ahead in his career, he is focused on developing a strategic vision for his company and mentoring assistant managers to cultivate the next generation of leaders. Outside of work, he enjoys attending sporting events, going to the gym and spending time with family.
