Dr. Peacock established his consulting expertise early in his career when he served as a sought-after assessment and selection consultant for high-stakes public safety entities such as police and fire departments of all sizes across the United States.

Dr. Peacock's journey into industrial and organizational psychology began after experiencing the powerful impact of the discipline, both positively and negatively, via his tenure in organizations such as Chipotle and The Walt Disney Company. He earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Purdue University in Indiana in 2010 and a Master of Science and PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Oklahoma, completed in 2012 and 2015, respectively.

Throughout his career, Dr. Peacock has been actively involved with industry-related organizations such as the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Texas Municipal Human Resources Association.
