Mr. Jack began his career in the U.S. Air Force in 1986, where he achieved the rank of master sergeant and served as an air traffic controller before retiring in 2007. He then transitioned into education as a school counselor, where he quickly identified leadership and guidance issues affecting young men. This realization led Mr. Jack to collaborate with the school dean to develop a program focused on teaching young men how to embody the qualities of gentlemen.

Critical in his professional journey, Mr. Jack obtained a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Phoenix in 2007, followed by a Master of Business Administration in 2008. In 2012, he completed a Master of Science in counseling/school counseling and guidance services on campus. These academic achievements have equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in educational and organizational settings.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Jack has pursued various professional credentials that have further enhanced his capabilities. He is a certified Resilience Coach through Mindpower Coaching Academy, a certified high-performance coach from the High Performance Institute, a certified trainer with The Gurian Institute, and a certified NLP practitioner through Nisada Coaching LLC. These designations reflect Mr. Jack's commitment to personal development and desire to provide practical tools for success.

An accomplished author, Mr. Jack published "The GBC Way" in 2022. This work encapsulates his philosophy and approach to mentoring young people, offering insights into the frameworks and mindsets contributing to success.

Looking ahead, Mr. Jack envisions continuing his work in the nonprofit sector as a chief executive officer while adapting his approach to meet the evolving needs of communities following the COVID-19 pandemic.
