Before joining Croixstone Consulting, Mr. Venditti served as technology director and senior vice president at Wells Fargo & Company from 2021 to 2023. As the firm's head of CTO testing enablement, he was instrumental in advancing both technological and cultural initiatives, strengthening enterprise-wide quality engineering standards. His leadership drove innovation across testing processes, platforms, and tools, including but not limited to, automated, functional, ADA, mobile, performance, regression and performance testing—while fostering an inclusive workplace that directly enhanced business performance and customer satisfaction.

Between 2019 and 2021, following a brief contract engagement, Mr. Venditti was appointed director of the Product Engineering Test Delivery (PETD) organization at REFINITIV, a division of the London Stock Exchange Group in Manhattan, New York. He was soon promoted to global head of the firm's Quality Engineering (TQE) organization, encompassing PETD. In this role, he and his team achieved an exceptional test effectiveness rate of 98%, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code that consistently met the expectations of internal stakeholders, external clients, auditors, and regulators. His leadership across the QE organization at Refinitiv demonstrated his strong capability in managing complex systems and leading diverse, high-performing teams.

From 2015 to 2019 at Deutsche Bank AG, Mr. Venditti utilized his expertise in quality engineering to transform the firm's quality engineering framework, resulting in a 74% reduction in production incidents and significant cost savings. This accomplishment was achieved through the implementation of innovative testing standards, processes, controls, and tools. His promotion to global head of quality engineering further underscored his ability to mitigate financial and reputational risks effectively. Prior to working at Deutsche Bank, AG, Mr. Venditti served as a senior management consultant at Citigroup in 2014. He held various leadership positions at Credit Suisse Group from 1990 to 2013, where he founded the OPEN Network, the firm's first LGBTQ network.

Mr. Venditti's educational background provided a strong foundation for his career achievements. He earned his Bachelor of Science in computer science cum laude from Pace University New York in 1986. The discipline instilled by his parents, Michael and Antoinette Venditti, along with the guidance of mentors such as Joyce Golden—his first manager at NYNEX Corporation—and Allyson Stuart, his longtime colleague and executive manager at two firms, significantly shaped his professional ethos. His father's emphasis on financial discipline and responsibility played a key role in shaping his strong work ethic. He remains deeply grateful to Allyson Stuart for recognizing his leadership potential, technical expertise, and ability to navigate through adversity and challenge. He is especially thankful to the many Individuals and Teams he had the privilege of managing and working with in helping him learn and succeed.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Venditti is deeply committed to civic engagement and community building. He has been recognized with awards such as the Good Citizenship Award from Credit Suisse Group, Best Functionally Automated Application in North America for Refinitiv and Best Testing Management Team in North America for Refinitiv, at the North American Software Testing Awards.

In his personal life, Mr. Venditti enjoys working out at the gym, traveling, dining with friends and attending live performances. He values spending time with his husband, who provides balance and perspective outside of work.
