Her expertise in workplace management, communications, and collaborative projects was further refined during her tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, where she held various positions, including interim workplace experience director in 2022, regional workplace experience manager from 2021 to 2022, and workplace experience specialist in 2021.

Before her involvement with Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Cohn was the manager of corporate administration at Sovereign General Insurance Company in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, from 2008 to 2015. This position was crucial in building much of her foundational experience in coaching, mentorship, and project management. To stay aware of the latest developments and best practices within her field, she is also an active member of the International Coaching Federation.

Ms. Cohn's educational background includes an associate degree in biblical studies with a focus on theology from Christian Leadership University, which she completed in 2010. Prior to that, she pursued coursework in logistics, materials, and supply chain management at the University of Calgary in 1999. To augment her qualifications, she obtained an MBTI certification from the Myers-Briggs Foundation and is certified in coach training and ontological coaching by the Newfield Network, as well as in experiential coaching through the Klemmer Leadership Coaching Academy. Furthermore, she is certified as a facility management professional by the International Facilities Management Association, where she also served as president of the Calgary chapter from 2013 to 2014.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Cohn has been actively involved in civic activities. She served as a next steps team leader at Westover Hills Assembly of God from 2017 to 2019 and participated as a missionary and fundraiser for Missions.me between 2013 and 2018. Her commitment to community service extends to her work with Watoto Child Care Ministries, where she served as a missionary and fundraiser from 2011 to 2021, and as a graphic arts designer for Immanuel Church from 1991 to 2016. She is also dedicated to philanthropic work and aims to build a supportive community of over 10,000 women who can empower each other.

In her personal life, Ms. Cohn enjoys writing and spending time with her grandsons. Her passion for writing was notably recognized when she penned her first article for Women Thrive Magazine in April 2025, an accomplishment that inspired her to further develop her writing skills. She also co-authored a chapter in Unstoppable! Volume 3: 25 Inspirational Stories From Women in Business Who Overcame Adversity to Create a Powerful Legacy, curated by Elsa Morgan.
