Her expertise in materials, process and delivery engineering is evident as she collaborates with suppliers to bring innovation and cost-efficiency to the delivery process. Ms. Gulaskey's leadership has been instrumental in driving significant cost savings for the company, with over a half billion dollars saved through her efforts in tariff reductions and design changes.

In addition to her work as senior director at Procter & Gamble, Ms. Gulaskey has been the global PS Internal Communications Manager since 2018 and the NA home care MPD packaging leader since 2011. Over the years, she has managed communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives and developed innovative packaging solutions that enhance product performance and consumer satisfaction.

From 2008 to 2011, Ms. Gulaskey was the company's Middle East and Africa fabric care engineering director and Cairo hub leader. During this time, she managed complex assignments in Louisiana and Cairo while raising her children as a single parent due to her husband's business commitments in Cincinnati. This experience showcased her resilience and contributed to her children's adaptability and strength.

Ms. Gulaskey began her career at Procter & Gamble in 1996 as a Fabric and Home Care engineer. Over the course of twelve years, she honed her skills in process engineering, particularly in designing late product differentiation systems at the Lima and Alexandria plants. Her contributions during this period laid the foundation for her future successes within the company.

Ms. Gulaskey's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering with a public policy degree from Carnegie Mellon University's College of Engineering in 1996. These educational achievements have shaped her career trajectory, providing her with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in her field.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Gulaskey is actively involved in civic organizations, such as serving as an aerobics instructor at Golds Gym in Egypt, volunteering at her local church and leading retreats at the Cincinnati Nature Center. She is also a certified group fitness instructor, which complements her passion for working out and dancing.

Looking ahead, Ms. Gulaskey plans to expand her design, consulting and public speaking side business. Through her speaking engagements, she aims to inspire others to overcome adversity while continuing to contribute to Procter & Gamble's success until retirement. Additionally, she hopes to return to teaching fitness classes, adapting them to meet the needs of her clientele as another avenue for helping and inspiring people.
