From 2007 to 2012, he was a finance and operations manager at Cofersa Hardware Wholesalers, where he developed a keen understanding of financial management and operational efficiency.

Mr. Jiménez Cuadra began his career at Chiquita Brands International. He joined the company in 1997, working at its CTO regional office as a senior project engineer until his 1999 promotion to engineering superintendent. His experiences as an operations manager at LAICA from 2000 to 2002 and again from 2004 to 2007, as well as his role as general manager at Crfoods from 2002 to 2003, laid a strong foundation for his subsequent achievements. In 2007, Mr. Jiménez Cuadra returned to Chiquita as a forecasting manager for global sourcing.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Jiménez Cuadra has served on the board of directors for the Association of Electrical Materials Distributors since 2016. This involvement underscores his commitment to advancing industry standards.

Mr. Jiménez Cuadra's educational background has been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. He obtained a postgraduate degree in international business management from the University of San Francisco in 2008, a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Costa Rica in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the same institution in 1995. These academic achievements have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics and financial acumen.

Further enhancing his professional capabilities, Mr. Jiménez Cuadra completed Agile training with the INCAE Business School and earned certification in SCRUM fundamentals from SCRUMstudy. These credentials reflect his dedication to continuous learning and adaptability in an ever-evolving business landscape.

Mr. Jiménez Cuadra's most notable achievement is his prominence in the construction materials industry. Over his 18-year career, he has become well-known and respected by nearly everyone in the business.
