Prior to his current role, Mr. Cazeau was a senior director at Boeing from 2021 to 2025. For the preceding 11 years, he held the position of director at Boeing, where he supported numerous leadership roles across technology strategy, research and development, engineering, airplane production initiatives and vertical product integration.

Mr. Cazeau's journey at Boeing began in 1994 when he joined as a control systems analyst. Over the years, he has ascended through various roles, including people management, program management, strategy development, electrical propulsion, mission operations/assurance and senior technical leadership. Each position provided him with invaluable experience and opportunities for growth, contributing significantly to his development as an engineer and executive leader.

Educationally, Mr. Cazeau's background laid a strong foundation for his career achievements. He earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, graduating with the latter degree in 1994.

Mr. Cazeau credits his success to the strong foundation provided by his family, particularly his parents' emphasis on education and the example set by his siblings, who overcame language barriers to thrive academically. He also acknowledges the invaluable support of mentors who guided him throughout his career. A pivotal moment in his development came early on when he collaborated on a tiger/anomaly resolution team tasked with addressing an in-orbit issue. They welcomed his input and involved him closely in problem-solving. He was successful in modeling the critical root cause that led to a solution. This experience significantly enhanced his technical skills and confidence, marking a turning point in his growth as an engineer.

In honor of his work, Mr. Cazeau has been recognized with several awards, including the Walt Braithwaite Future Thrust Award for Propelling Careers (Red-tailed Hawks Flying Club), the Rainbow PUSH Excel Scholarship Award and the Black Engineer of the Year | Modern Day Technology Leadership Award. He also holds two patents related to his work in aerospace. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is civically active, contributing to mentorship programs and STEM initiatives for fellow employees and college students.

In his personal life, Mr. Cazeau enjoys hiking, reading science fiction and spending time with his family. In the upcoming years, he aims to see significant transformations within the aerospace industry in the United States and remains committed to advancing engineering practices at Boeing alongside executive leadership.
