Most recently, she served as the senior program manager of strategy and business development at Boeing from 2023 to 2025, leveraging her extensive experience to identify key business opportunities, conduct market analyses, and develop business cases to support strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to this role, she served as chief of staff to the senior vice president of global services, commercial modifications and maintenance from 2021 to 2023, during which she was pivotal in supporting executive leadership as a trusted business advisor.

From 2018 to 2021, Ms. Allen excelled as a senior supply chain portfolio manager at Boeing, overseeing complex supply chain projects and cultivating relationships with key suppliers. Her tenure as a senior global sourcing strategist from 2016 to 2018 further solidified her reputation as an expert in cost-effectiveness and improving supplier performance.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Allen held a critical role in indirect procurement and sourcing at Boeing, as senior buyer, where she refined end-to-end sourcing processes, mitigated supplier performance challenges and improved cash flow positioning.

Ms. Allen's storied career began with roles that laid the foundation for her future success in product development and organizational efficiency. She worked as a buyer and planner at Sur La Table from 2011 to 2012 and held significant positions at Eddie Bauer from 2000 to 2011, including global sourcing and production manager and product engineer. Her early career included a role as technical department manager at Nordstrom from 1998 to 2000, during which she transformed the company's business processes to increase efficiency throughout the e-commerce division.

Determined to expand her knowledge further, Ms. Allen earned a Master of Science in global supply chain management from Portland State University's School of Business in 2018. To augment her qualifications as a business strategist, she holds a certificate in global technical leadership from the University of Washington and in business strategy and executive leadership by Cornell University. Additionally, she has obtained nearly 30 certificates from LinkedIn and is credential as a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD®) and a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM®).

Ms. Allen remains actively involved in industry organizations, including the Institute for Supply Management (ISM), Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), and Boeing Leadership Network. She previously served as president of ISM Western Washington, where her leadership contributed to the organization receiving the Chapter of the Year Award in 2015.

Ms. Allen's contributions have been recognized through numerous accolades over the years, including the Knowledge Management Award for Supply Chain Knowledge Sharing at Boeing in 2018 as well as multiple senior leadership recognitions for her contributions to cash flow management. Her dedication to excellence has also earned her several Supplier Management Excellence Awards during her tenure at Boeing, and President's Awards from the Institute for Supply Management Western Washington. At Eddie Bauer, she was honored with the Best of Bauer Award for implementing impactful global sourcing strategies.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Allen is deeply committed to giving back to her community and profession. She has served on the board of directors for the Institute for Supply Management Western Washington and has been actively involved in various civic-minded organizations. Happily married and the proud mother of two daughters, she cherishes spending quality time with her family and exploring nature through hiking.
