Prior to his current position, Mr. Luk was vice president of product management at Webex from 2018 to 2024. During this tenure, he played a crucial role across multiple business units, including, most recently, the Contact Center business. His most distinguished and unique accomplishment was integrating Webex as part of the Callisto Technology Demonstration during NASA's Artemis I mission, facilitating the longest-distance video call in human history as the spacecraft orbited to the far side of the moon. In addition to his work with Webex, he has served as the executive board president of Therapeutic Health Services since 2021, where he has contributed to initiatives aimed at providing substance abuse and mental health support to members of the Seattle community.

Mr. Luk began his career at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington, where he held various product management roles from 2005 to 2018. Throughout his time at Microsoft, he was responsible for leading teams and building products that are now cornerstone products and services across Microsoft's portfolio, including SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.

Mr. Luk has been instrumental in driving digital transformation throughout private industry and governments around the world. The innovative nature of his work has been recognized through multiple patents issued by the U.S. Patent Office and by invitations to speak at conferences and forums internationally.

Academically, Mr. Luk holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science with a minor in business administration from the University of British Columbia. In addition to his education, he attributes his success to being surrounded by supportive individuals, seizing chances at opportune moments throughout his career, his curiosity and desire to constantly learn, and the strong work ethic instilled by his parents.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Luk enjoys outdoor activities in his free time and actively gives back to the technology community.
