Ms. Boston has built an illustrious career marked by her dedication to customer experience and leadership in the telecommunications industry. Currently, she serves as the executive vice president and chief customer experience officer at Tech Network Inc. in New Jersey, leading operations across more than 15 states. Ms. Boston's role involves overseeing a team of senior executives, ensuring the seamless design, engineering and build of reliable telecom networks as well as installation and maintenance of high-speed internet services nationwide.

Before being acquired by Tech Network Inc., Ms. Boston was the head of construction and engineering for the Freedom Region at Comcast in Trevose, Pennsylvania, from 2022 to 2024, where she played a pivotal role in infrastructure development. From 2018 to 2022, she was the division vice president for customer retention and loyalty at Comcast in Denver, where she implemented strategies that significantly enhanced customer satisfaction.

Recruited to Comcast from Frontier Communications in Los Angeles, Ms. Boston was the vice president of sales between 2017 and 2018, where her leadership contributed to substantial growth in sales performance. Her career also included her role as the executive director of community relations at Discover YOU Compton Inc. in Compton, California, from 2015 to 2017, where she consulted on initiatives that supported youth empowerment.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Boston enjoyed an extensive 25-year career with Verizon Communications, which spanned from 1990 to 2015, during which she held various roles, including customer and multilingual sales and retention director, retail sales store director and area vice president of customer service. As a proud daughter of a WWII Army veteran, her late father, Ellsworth Hutchinson JR (Hutch), she proudly began her journey with the U.S. Department of Defense, Military Sealift Command as an HR specialist, supporting personnel and military deployments, based at the Washington DC Navy Yard, where she continued her deep respect for the military and their mission.

Ms. Boston's academic achievements have been instrumental in her professional success. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and management in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration in marketing in 2009 from Strayer University. She also secured a project management certificate from The George Washington University. Further enhancing Ms. Boston's expertise are certifications from Cornell University in diversity, equity, inclusion and executive leadership for women, as well as executive education credentials from Columbia University.

Throughout her career, Ms. Boston has been actively involved with industry-related organizations, such as Employee Resource Groups and the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is deeply committed to civic engagement. She serves on the boards of Discover You Compton and the Southern Coast Academy and is an advisory board member at Strayer University. Ms. Boston's volunteer work with Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) reflects her dedication to community service.

Ms. Boston is an accomplished author, recently releasing the 10th Anniversary Edition of "3 Slow Nickels: Reflections on Growing Up, Showing Up, & Not Giving Up," which was an international bestseller in Canada and Germany and among the top 10 in the U.S. when originally released in November 2015. She is also a highly sought-after keynote speaker for commencement addresses, leadership conferences, and events dedicated to women's leadership and development around the globe. Among her numerous accolades are the Philly Tribune Women of Achievement Award in 2023 and the Trailblazers Leadership Award for Strategic Solutions Global in 2024. Ms. Boston is currently on a mission to end period poverty, affecting more than 150M girls worldwide. To date, she has raised funds supporting more than 1000 students in Bengaluru Karna, India and Durban and Kenya, Africa. Her future plans include establishing sustainable manufacturing facilities in India and Africa to produce non-toxic, safe, reusable menstrual supplies while creating jobs and economic growth on both continents to help address menstrual health and equity.
