Ms. Llacar's career at Amgen began in 2000 as a QAL Associate, where she steadily progressed through various roles, including Lead QAL Associate II and Compliance Manager for GLP/GCP. Her dedication to quality assurance was further demonstrated during her tenure as a Quality Compliance Specialist from 2020 to 2021. Throughout her time at Amgen, she consistently contributed to the company's growth and success by defining processes that addressed departmental needs and improved overall effectiveness.

Ms. Llacar's academic background laid a strong foundation for her professional achievements. In 1999, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from the University of California, Los Angeles. In 2007, she furthered her education with a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine University.
