Recognized for her leadership and organizational aptitude, she was later promoted to supervisor, overseeing a team of five to ten patrol officers and ensuring the efficient and secure operation of theater facilities.

Ms. Tyler-Lee continued to rise through the ranks, first as assistant director of security, and ultimately into her current role as director of security. In this capacity, she leads critical functions such as scheduling, payroll processing, licensing compliance, and ongoing staff readiness. She is deeply invested in the development of her team, regularly mentoring and training staff to ensure they are mentally and physically prepared to meet the demands of their roles.

A respected leader in theater and entertainment security, Ms. Tyler-Lee is a recognized expert in managing safety operations in New York City's iconic Broadway venues. As one of the few African American women in senior security leadership in her industry, she serves as a powerful role model and advocate for diversity and inclusion.
