Ms. Wilson began her professional journey as a front desk agent at W Seattle Hotel under Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where she honed her unique eye and passion for customer service until 2010. Her subsequent tenure at Nordstrom from 2010 to 2014 saw her quickly climb from an Office Assistant in the Men's Shoes buying offices to Senior Executive Assistant to the Fashion Director, showcasing her ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments with high visibility.

In 2014, Ms. Wilson joined Starbucks Corporate as a Senior Coordinator in the Global Creative Studio, where she further developed her organizational and leadership skills for two years supporting six leaders and contributing to a variety of creative initiatives. Her career took a pivotal turn when she joined Amazon as an Executive Assistant, advancing within three years to Senior Executive Assistant and ultimately rising to Executive Business Partner throughout her tenure 2016 to 2024. In 2017, she launched the EA in Training Program, a company-wide initiative offering full-time employees aspiring to become Executive Assistants valuable hands-on experience and skill development. The program, which remains active today, has significantly impacted Amazon's workforce and contributed to the growth of its EA community, with over 200 graduates to date. At the time of her departure, Ms. Wilson led an EA team of over 350, while she simultaneously supported a global workforce of 1.1 million in Worldwide Operations. Her passion for cultivating talent is one of her key areas of expertise, and she takes pride in witnessing the achievements of those she has mentored.

Ms. Wilson's many achievements have been recognized with past awards, such as the National Dean's List from the WSU Advertising program in both 2005 and 2006. Her involvement with the WSU Alumni Association since 2007 further underscores her commitment to maintaining strong connections with her alma mater. Overall, she attributes much of her success to her mentors, especially several of her managers at Amazon and Starbucks: Al Lindsay, Manoj Sindhwani and Toki Wolf.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Wilson's passion for art, nature and music finds her actively searching for non-profit organizations to support, or new local engagements and activities. She enjoys spending free time with her husband, Mike, and their two four-legged family members, Furby and Pearl, exploring on road trips, hiking, and gardening.

Looking ahead, Ms. Wilson envisions expanding her team and strengthening her management expertise. She aspires to establish her own consulting business, advising executives and assisting small businesses ready to scale by providing structured training programs for hiring and developing EA teams.
