Before joining Falck, Mr. Griscelli contributed as the regional president for Asia Pacific at April, a major player in insurance distribution and the inventor of wholesale brokering in France, from 2012 to 2015. It was here that he achieved one of his most notable accomplishments: founding an alliance in the Asia Pacific region that grew from approximately 10 employees to over a thousand across multiple countries, including Thailand. His leadership skills were further honed during his time as president of Assurdom Reunion at the same company from 2009 to 2010.

Prior to these roles at April, Mr. Griscelli held the title of managing director at SITEL from 2006 to 2009, where he played a crucial role in driving business growth and operational efficiency. Initially, his career began with Mondial Assistance, where he served in various capacities from 1994 to 2006. After starting as a customer service manager, he quickly advanced to director and eventually managing director. His early experiences at Mondial Assistance, along with his work as a customer service manager at DHL from 1990 to 1994, laid the foundation for his future successes.

Originally from Corsica, France, Mr. Griscelli attended school in France, first earning a Bachelor of Science in international law from the University of Rouen in 1990 before obtaining a Master of Science in international commerce from the Grenoble School of Management in 1991. Together, these academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping his understanding of global commerce and legal frameworks, contributing significantly to his professional accomplishments. In all he has achieved, Mr. Griscelli attributes his success to his passion for his work and the unwavering support of his family. He credits his wife, who has been particularly supportive in raising their children and managing their travels across various countries, and his two daughters, Nina and Lara, who are successful in their own careers, also contribute to his success by assisting him daily.

In his personal life, Mr. Griscelli enjoys spending time with his wife, riding small planes and playing squash, activities that provide balance and relaxation amidst his professional endeavors.
