Before that, she served as a senior loan advisor at Mid America Mortgage Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Her tenure at Caliber Home Loans Inc., now Newrez LLC, spanned from 2017 to 2019 and included roles as both a senior lending officer and producing branch manager.

Ms. Wooten's earlier career includes her time as a mortgage consultant II at CitiBank from 2015 to 2016 and more than 20 years at Bank of America as a banking manager and account executive. During her time at Bank of America, she helped the company save significant resources and improved its efficiency by preparing nightly banking reports that centered on the business being done in Texas. She has been recognized with several accolades throughout her career, including being named Branch Manager of the Year at Bank of America and winning eight consecutive quarters of production in North Texas.

Ms. Wooten's success in the financial realm has been aided by her academic background, which includes an Associate of Arts from Collin College in 2014. To augment her qualifications, she holds a national mortgage licensing registration (NMLS) and obtained a General Lines insurance license in 1996. Along with her education, she attributes her achievements to her grit, determination and faith.

To stay aware of the latest developments and best practices within her field, Ms. Wooten is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Processors. Also known for her contributions as a civic-minded citizen, she is actively involved in fundraising efforts to help local children pursue a college education.

Born in Duncanville, Ms. Wooten enjoys nature, music, farming and reading in her personal time. She is immensely proud of her two children, one a public educator and the other an entrepreneur in flooring and home improvement.
