As a principal product manager of the cloud and engineering platform at the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, he played a pivotal role in leading American Airlines' cloud journey and was a founding member of the Cloud Center of Excellence. His leadership extended beyond technical prowess; he was deeply committed to mentoring and advising his team members, all of which saw him honored with the Above and Beyond award and various internal promotions.

Before venturing onto his vocational path, Mr. Bandapati obtained a Master of Science in computer science from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2012. Prior to this, he earned a master's degree in technology and a bachelor's degree in computer science in India. To augment his technical knowledge and qualifications, he is certified as a cloud solutions architect expert, cybersecurity expert and AI certified associate. Additionally, he has obtained numerous AI-related certifications from Microsoft and was an award winner at the company's annual Global Hackathon event in 2023.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Bandapati is actively involved with industry organizations such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), where he is a senior member. He has authored scholarly articles published in internationally acclaimed journals and regularly publishes technical blogs, contributing to advancements in AI, cloud technologies, reliability, and security. His expertise is further recognized through his roles in peer reviewing IEEE and other conference papers, judging hackathons, and evaluating prestigious industry innovations. Additionally, he contributes to the field through knowledge-sharing webinars, fostering discussions on AI adoption and technological advancements.

In his personal life, Mr. Bandapati enjoys spending quality time with his family, reading and playing tennis with friends.
