Her mother has been a significant influence throughout her journey, encouraging her to pursue her own path even when faced with challenges such as having her daughter at 16 and pausing her hair school endeavors due to preterm labor. Looking to the future, Ms. Cole plans to continue expanding Gray & Grace Beauty Lounge and Extension Bar by adding more stations and renovating the salon to accommodate additional stylists. She aims to foster community service by promoting her team's visibility and giving back to those who support them. The name of her salon holds special significance; "Gray" was inspired by her four-year-old daughter, while "Grace" represents God's grace in guiding her journey.
