Mrs. Brookins' founded Love the Movement NFP after overcoming tremendous personal challenges, including a life-threatening illness, and now dedicates her life to helping others heal and elevate their consciousness through meditation and intentional living.

Mrs. Brookins' journey to this calling began with a dynamic and diverse career path. She started as a leasing manager at Smith Corporate Living, owned by R Stone Smith Corporate Living, from 2001 to 2004, where she managed rentals for both short- and long-term residents, particularly those working on film projects who needed furnished housing. As the building transitioned into condominium units, Mrs. Brookins was promoted to director of leasing, successfully navigating change through the strong relationships she built with residents.

Later, Mrs. Brookins served as a property manager at Delaware Place on the Park, where she honed her expertise in real estate operations, overseeing building maintenance and ensuring tenant satisfaction. During this time, she developed a deeper understanding of wellness through her interactions with Karyn, a raw foodist and restauranteur in her 70s who became a quiet mentor and symbol of healing for Mrs. Brookins. Their friendship solidified her belief that there is something deep inside oneself that must be discovered, and that each person comes into this world to make it a better place.

Driven by a passion for supporting small businesses, Mrs. Brookins transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Euphoria Concept Group, a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies improve operations and navigate growth. Prior to launching her firm, she worked as an insurance broker and business counselor, experiences that enriched her ability to analyze, strategize and deliver meaningful outcomes for her clients.

In 2018, Mrs. Brookins was diagnosed with cancer, a battle that has profoundly shaped her perspective on life and love. Despite being advised to enter hospice care following a biopsy in February 2020, she chose to remain at home, valuing her independence and continuing to engage actively with her community. Mrs. Brookins' resilience and determination are among her most notable achievements.

Outside her professional life, Ms. Brookins enjoys spending time outdoors sitting in the sun, cooking and gardening. Looking ahead, she aspires to help more people reimagine the power of love. She believes that if even 10% of the population embraced pure love, we could collectively shift the human experience toward one of harmony and higher purpose. Mrs. Brookins' goal is to continue using Love the Movement as a beacon of healing, helping others discover the divine energy within themselves and encouraging them to spread it to those around them.
